International graduate students

We are doing theoretical research on quantum information science, which is a new information science based on quantum physics. You can find an explanation of quantum information science here.
The door of our group is opened for international graduate students who are interested in theoretical research of quantum information science. We are especially looking for international graduate students who have an education on mathematics or physics. Currently, we ourselves do not have a scholarship for graduate students. However, if you are from Asian countries, you may study in the master course of Shizuoka University for free by Asia-bridge program. Asia-Bridge Program

Asia-Bridge Program is a special program of Shizuoka University for Asian international students. There is both undergraduate and master-course graduate programs in Asia-Bridge Program. In the master course, all the lectures are given in English. So, you can study in Shizuoka University without Japanese, if you like. The most important feature of Asia-bridge program is that the enrollment fee and the 1st year tuition fee are waived. Further, the 2nd year tuition fee is also waived, if your performance on the first year is good. So, you may study for free in Shizuoka University by Asia-bridge program. Of course, you need to pass the Admission Screening process of Asia-bridge program. However, the whole screening process can be done through internet.
